When you walk into the service department at Russell Barnett Chevy she’s usually the first face you’ll see, greeting you with a kind smile and asking what she can do to help you with your vehicle. She began her career with Russell Barnett in 2020 at our business development center. In 2022 she took the opportunity to begin working as a service advisor where she still is now, doing what she loves to do – helping others and bringing a little more happiness to their day.
Shelby was born and raised right here in Franklin County, a graduate from Huntland High School, and she’s been in the automotive family for most of her life. Her dad has been one of Russell’s finest service technicians for over twenty years, working at multiple locations, and she has a lot of fond memories spending time with him in our shops and working on vehicles at home. When she’s not too busy with work and caring for her children, she loves living the fun country life and riding RZR’s with her family in the mountains.
